Enter the Bobbit
Art by G. Ray Mak
I began lockdown intending to make art without the psychic pollution of the news or social media, and without specifically referencing the virus or the endless cycle of terrible news. Instead, I watched the nature documentary Blue Planet II, narrated by David Attenborough, and I became obsessed with bobbit worms. I began making digital illustrations of bobbit worms in human situations. They amuse me.
